Betty Richman later died. Ed Richman sustained head injuries and was listed in stable condition Wednesday.</p> <p>The pickup truck was driven by William Lindsay, 48, Vernal.</p> <p>According to investigating UHP trooper Craig Young, the <b>trailer</b> became disconnected and crossed into oncoming traffic.
